Quotes are based on the information provided by the client and/or a site inspection.

A quote may be revised if:

• The site condition differs from what was described 
• Additional work is requested 
• Access issues arise 
• The agreed scope of work changes 

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote, invoice or service agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are paid.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises, including keys, alarm codes, entry instructions and relevant site information.

Clients must notify Elevare Commercial Cleaning of any hazards, risks, restricted areas or special requirements before services commence.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service agreement.

Where possible, we request reasonable notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled services.

Elevare Commercial Cleaning takes reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, unsecured items, faulty fixtures or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Elevare Commercial Cleaning maintains appropriate business insurance for commercial cleaning services.

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics and documents, belongs to Elevare Commercial Cleaning unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied or used without permission.
